uh oh.  it's on PBS.

bummer that those who rail against it won't be able to enjoy it without being hypocrites.

ken burns bores me to tears.  ken burns belongs on PBS.  if ken burns played AH his teeth would be gnashing and he'd be whining over the demise of the H2H room.

ken burns, PBS and the liberal public trough sloppers

I have watched PBS from time to time...  Why not?  I buy cable and I pay taxes and once in a hundred times they have something worth seeing.

I listen to npr too...  mostly to see what the enemy is up to.

Beyond my taxes tho... I don't contribute..  I would vote in an instant to have all tax payer money removed from them.   me watching or listening to them doesn't mean that they are any less leftwing.

It is disgusting that the government takes our money and gives it to a radio and tv station.

Actually, Nova and Wide Angle are pretty good.  There are quite a few good science based show that may bore some but contain plenty of quality info.  I have not seen anything too politically charged in either direction but then again I don't watch much beyond the above.

I watched Sesame Street. But I was a bigger fan of Big Blue Marble and The Electric Company.

Now I tend to watch The McLaughlin Report, POV, Scientific American Frontiers and Nova.
