Question about how scoring works?

I understand most of the way that the scoring system works. There are 2 things I do not understand.
1. How do you receive Damage Hit Percentage in a Vehicle?
             I tried using every vehicle to blow buildings down
               and my vehicle damage hit percentage is still 0.00
             I did notice other players scores and some do have
               a score for vehicle Damage Hit Percentage.

2. Is their any way you can receive a base capture under Attack?
             I know how to do it by capturing a base with either C47 or M3
               then jumping out and getting in an attack plane as the map
               room blows. But you do not get credit for it. Your Squad does
               get the credit in the squad score but you do not in your pilot
               score.

Shooting town buildings with PT boat rockets gives you hit percentage.
As far as base captures in attack mode...well let's just say I've only captured about three in a year or so. Not one was in attack mode.

1. Take up a PT boat, and use it's rockets to hit a town.

2. If they are your troops that took the map room, you still get the "Map Room Destroyed" message.  It's been awhile, but I thought you did get credit on yoru personal stats.

1. Damage Hit % in vehicles: You get this only when using ordonance: Torpedoes and /or PT boat rockets

2. You are right. Individual capturing score in attack mode was disabled, but not for squads. Some squads do use it to boost their ranking.

If you go to the tower before the maproom blow's, you will not get credit.

To be honest scores are only here for the "who controls cv" thing. Somone can be ranked 5th but only because they milk run, and run away from turn fight. Then someone else can be ranked 1200 but be an excellent pilot, they just don't do many bombing runs or get mass amounts of kills each sortie.

 I agree with you. I was just trying to figure out how everything works.
I have read everything on the website since I am at work I can not play so I have also been reading the forums and learning alot. Some threads are full of BS, but most of them are very good. LOL
We just started a new squad and the 3 of us are all from northeast PA.

Lower score means that you are a better pilot that everyone else.
