WINGS OVER HOUSTON


I will be going again this year to the Wings Over Houston Oct 6-7 & wanted to see if there was any Texas AHers going.

I was planning on going there with Boxer01.  I also spoke with Coog03 about meeting up with him and his brother Tex01 there on Saturday.

I have found that if you want to get a good look at the vintage aircraft you really need to go Saturday, or maybe early Sunday.  Otherwise, shortly after the reenactment of Pearl Harbor (the CAF edition, not the Monty Python edition), the WWII birds fly off to go home.  Saturday is best, IMO.  Except that one misses the TX/OU game.

I'll be at the Oklahoma State game vs. A&M on Sat.  I have talked w/ Coog b4 as he was in a squad CoOp w/ us at one time.

I wonder if S2F is going again?
