Text radio problem - bug?

In the late-war and mid-war arenas, when I tune a radio to "ALL" (grey text) and type a message and hit enter, nothing happens.

Country, squad, VOX, and purple text all work just fine in mid and late war.

In the early-war arena, "ALL" (grey text) works just fine.

Is this a bug?

No bug. The '1 All' channel was discontinuted in those arenas. Too much crap talk for all to see. Ch 200 is the place where it happens now.
