I had taken a hiatus from flying due to RL stuff keeping me busy, and that was one of the first things I noticed.  Definitely a nice addition...

Your base is under attack.  It sounds just like the voice on Dune 2000 saying the same thing.  Cracks me up every time I hear it.

So what happens when you alt/F4? Gamewise what happens??

One thing I learned recently is if you mouse/freeze hitting "H" unfreezes it for you. I used to have to disco out of the game.

I'm guessing it means:
When landing troops, if you crash land your goon hard enough to break landing gear, I think it injures or kills the troops and they won't run.  Also dropping too low.

I remember in the beta days when HT was testing the new vox system and 'broadcast' to all, quite scarey.... (no one knew the vox engine was in the game at that stage).

The plane which just exited via Alt+F4 blows up. At least that's how it was in H2H.

If anyone wants to HOST them, i made a bunch of check 6, and warning sounds as well as a couple of hit sounds.

The warnings and check 6's are from a bunch of movies. Original Memphis Belle, 12 o'clock high, Flying Leathernecks, I think i sampled the russian ones from Red Dawn. And also a good Die Walkurie clip for the german birds.

The main hit sounds are actually sampled and edited different snare drum sounds. I  read  somewhere where a pilot had said when his plane was taking hits it sounded like a metal garbage can lid being hit with a hammer.

So if someone wants to HOST them, P.M. me.
