not taking sides, and not trying to start an arguement.......

but the evidence of a simple screen shot is inconclusive of what actually happened....and to get to the bottom of this a jury would actually need to see actual raw film footage from both parties involved......

1 can actually fly into another and receive no damage , yet the other person that was flown into receives the damage.......and it can happen vice versa as well as both parties receiving damage......

Had a collision last night. No damage on my end, yet it said I collied.

Had a corsair flop over on top of me last night (he collieded message), I Lost a left wing tip, he flew away unsacathed.
