or just learn to fly the older "junk" fighters? there's plenty of you guys out there that can kick butt in the older ones, even when outnumbered and outclassed by the newer ones...

If the upper planes were perked more than they are now and the ones that aren't, maybe we would see more players flying the "Crappy" planes.

Then again it just amazes me how someone can come in and make a simple suggestion to improve the game and those that don't like it simply start flaming away at them instead of talking about it.

Umm, look at ALL the tours I've flown and it will show I do fly them. Probably a better mix up of what most fly in here. I guess the fact that I fly the 190 A8 makes it an uber plane?

Tour 92 was when I had alot more time to fly.

Never said I had a problem with it. I see others that do and sometimes it effects our missions when we hook up with other squads for large realistic ops.

But most players in game don't want to see realistic missions in game. they would rather see the things stay the way they are.

Missions are cool...why not your squad to the low side and run missions from there?  I know this may pose a logistical challenge(moving several people) but it can be done and the weaker side would be glad for the help.

We do that when we can. We prefer the mid war setup but because the numbers are low we ususally have to have the bomber pilots back out so the escorts can get thier fighters [38s, 51s, or 47s] and then the bombers come back in. IF a fighter pilot comes in after the mission has started hes out of luck.

As for my suggestion, its not about me or my sqaud. I don't understand why the ENY system is the way it is now. It would however make more sense to see the upper planes become perked or increase in perk value [like the 262 is] when the numbers become imbalanced. That way sqauds don't have to be split up between 2 rooms.

For example a late fighter jock comes in and can't get a long range fighter to hook up with the group because the sqauds that joined the mission bumped up the numbers for that side. He may be stuck flying a P-40 which doesn't have the range as the 51s or 47s do.

Bronk, this is my last reply to you since you apparently didn't look at my Tour 92 stats. I think it shows pretty much that I DO fly the older planes more than the newer ones.
