I know a fellow who lives in Eastern Oregon with a similar setup at his house.

He calls his "The Porch of Death". Squirrels, crows, coyotes, and badgers that have come too close to his house have all died quick deaths. Here are a couple of photos of him relaxing on his porch:

Anyway, my point is it's December......and Rip lives waaaaaay up north near the snow line (Canada). And whatever your missus says, you'd be a very little fella in those conditions.

Have you ever looked through a telescopic sight, all steamed up from a hot tub??

The poor man will never hit anything if he stays in the tub. Not to mention all the rust that will develop all over his firearm.

Incidently, my view is below (Pic of backyard incorporated into design) My biggest problem is this: I have an Elk Sanctuary protected by the state in my backyard, but I cannot shoot the critters.
