From what I can tell, it was also very accurate. The only conversation which doesn't appear to have taken place when depicted in the film is the one in which Hitler tells Speer "The good ones are already dead," which is supposed to have happened on March 18.
There's also debates about who carried the bodies up the stairs, whether Dr. Stumpfegger helped Magda Goebbels give the children a sleeping potion, various other bits and pieces of relatively minor importance.
