Now, every time someone says anything about having a fight you guys assume he is looking for a duel.  That is not true.  Dueling is boring after a few minutes especially when it is hard to find anyone that can back his big mouth.

So, last night at some point the count was 17 to 38.  Two fields under constant vulch.  I understand this may be fun for some but I don't understand why.  There is no strategy, no fighting, no trying, no team work, nothing!  People claim there is, but really all it is is "Hey, lets get 20 guys to cap a field!  Oh, bob, drop the VH the rest de-ack"

Given that there are 4 arenas that this can be done, I just don't see the point of converting the Ava into an other vulch arena.  The past months there has been a move to bring people into the Ava at all costs.  The guys that want this did not realize that by making all the changes they would bring more people in, but that would not be the Ava or old CT.  So now, there is another EW MA.  All you guys will be gone in a few weeks since another MA will get boring.

So, is it better?  Maybe for you and some people that have never been there before.  Is it better for me? Not.  The difference is, you had 4 Mas.  Why did you need a 5th?

with statements like that i wonder if you have really ever been in the MA arenas , the "war" in the AVA is in no way even close to the kind of play in the main arena ,  all this vulch talk , i was in there last night for 3 hrs never vulcher once , never even saw a vulch ,  and the fight was well matched and went back and forth across the channel , 3 hrs and not one HO pass
if you dont like it you can take your tonka toy and leave the sandbox , you say we don't need a 5th MA well sir i say we dont need a 2nd DA , if you don't believe me ask all the dis-placed CT flyers

have a great day :)

2. Those C47's breaking through (lucky enough to) were countered by mass releases of troops from A4 bomber hangers, which to our dismay were quite determined to keep the home fires safe.

So despite the mass of vulching to keep enemy A/C down, we still had difficulty.

Well with double the numbers, I would think that proves my point about no strategy.  Just, numbers :aok

About that "back the mouth up" comment you made?  I recall shooting you down a couple times last night...  Do that make me qualified to mouth off at you now?

Well golly gosh, poor lil Deedle-snit got his drawers all jammed up tight and wants to make himself feel better by trying to bad talk the AvA.  Ohhhh AvA be feared... be verrrrrry afeared.

puhleeze bub, stay in the MA or the DA and spare us your drama.  And this goes to anyone else that doesn't like the AvA.

If you do not like something, then do not do it.  Do not participate in it.  If it is really as bad as you think, it will go away on its own.  However, if what you do not like continues to grow and flourish, despite your absence, then perhaps you have something to reconsider.

pfft all you naye sayers.

PS  I did see some vulching in the AvA on both sides of the canal the other night (Sunday) at A2 and at A17 and A20.  Solution is do not take off from a vulched field.  Only an idiot, or someone that enjoys that particular challenge what try to lift from a vulched/capped field.

certainly ,it goes for everyone , which explains the previously low numbers of customers utilizing the server space .not that the current numbers are that great  . However it seams to be a step in the right direction .

 :O you found me out!

Actually, I waited until they were at least 100 feet off the deck, except for GV's, before engaging.  Too many seagulls screaming "mineMineMINE!" kept cutting me off at the pass. :rofl :rofl

But I didn't lift from a vulched field either, so... :t

Well, we kind of agree don't you think?  As I said before, it is not a right step for me but the people that like it it would seem that it is.  The problem seems to be that if anyone says they don't like something they are told to go find another sand box.  Don't forget that that used to be my sand box and probably will be after a few weeks after you guys get tired of it.

The war game can be played and be very fun.  But that is not what is happening.  What is happening is a mini MA. people like Odee for example see that as an insult.  They attack with no plan, in a hord, pick, gang, vulch , what ever may be fun for them (as they should be doing if it is fun for them), but they get offended when you tell them what you saw them do, lol

Nop, it just makes you yap your mouth.  This is what I meant by that.  Talks a lot  but you'd probably last about 10 seconds after the merge. :rofl

In anycase, the reason I said that was that with the exception of a couple of guys, it is very hard to get anyone to duel unless you have a verbal fight with them.  They talk a lot - you know, like you just did - but when they get into a fair fight they are lost.  So, what I meant was that it is hard to find a fight even in the DA.  A lot easier in the AvA. well, in the past atlist

But.... but, he's so easy to taunt and I rarely have such an easy toy to play with.  :cry

I'm actually enjoying his rabid case of denial-itis, where on the one hand it's pointed out he isn't so Sierra Hotel if I can shoot him out of the air in 1v1 (Me in F4F him in A6M and then a 109) in a handful of minutes.

Then he turns around and posts;

Okay, ok-ok-ok.  I'll ignore him until I meet him in the air again... and again... and :t

lol, the two squadies talking to each other.  how sweet.  So what time do we meet in the DA?  Or are you about to prove my point about big mouths? lol.

You might have killed me.  Hundreds of people do  :rofl  I think you are missing the point of that post.  Can you really do it 1 vs 1 as you said?  You know, not as my gear is coming up sitting on the runway?

$1 says that you will follow with more bla bla bla and never show up :rofl

So anyway.. here we have this nice shiny new arena to play in and a lot of crying because X side ups 47's in the hangar and Spams X's own troops on X's own field to deny capture, yada-yada-zzzzz.

Any thought to putting limits on plane types by numbers of players involved?  y% 109,  z%F4F and so on and so forth?

How much latitude do the CO/CM/whateverthehell they're called have in changing arena settings?  Let's start there and work forward, onward, upward to victory!
