XP recognizes it fine. I've got a MS Prec Pro analog. However, the MS game Starlancer no longer works. It won't recognize my stick or my inputs, and I can't map anything.

MS OS, MS hardware, MS game, and yet somehow they all don't work with each other properly. Go figure.
