but you'll tell yourself something different.

maybe you should move to another country.  fascism is dead here.

p.s - good for her.  i wouldn't want to live with a fascist either.

;)

Ok...smoke a joint then?

Not sure what makes ya think I'm a facist but so be it...your certainly entitled to your opinion.

I like my country fine.....Served it as well.

My ex wife is crazy....along with a couple of other things...

You seem a bit mifffed because I think MORAY is a negative type person....I think ALOT of people are negative...and can't see good in anything and wouldn't be happy unless they are complaining and bit**ing about something.

Reagan could give 2 turds ....he's dead. His ideals were awsome and I thought highly of him...and still do for that matter.

Bush has made mistakes....human maybe?

Tell me.....why do you think Bush is evil....and why he is short sighted?

Start another thread even....I'd be interested to read it. Or...you don't have to even consider anything I wrote. Either way...works for me. :)

edit....and why am I a fascist? That would be really good and worthwhile reading :)

you are a fascist if your "opinion noted" statement was arranged as a threat...subliminal or otherwise.  if i am wrong...if it was not, then i stand by my second statement.

fact.  GWB has the lowest approval rating of any modern president, which makes your impression, defacto, the lowest held opinion in the land in a republic that likes to fashion itself a democracy.

now, i wouldn't disparage an opinion, but the facts are the facts.

we all know what they are.

this isn't a matter of weakness or strength, this is a matter of living up to our ideals or failing them miserably.

as for lincoln...that was a civil matter...it was not emperical.  the word was
"nation stabilzation" not "nation rebuilding."

we could do much better.  we had a chance.  we blew it.

can't wait til next year.  at least then, one can hope that the whole "iraq is the center of terrorism" thing, will end.  we can hope that we will get someone in there who will stop putting band-aids on things and get to creating alternatives...an innovator with a vision who can help to inspire america to get back to it's core.  freedom.

a nation which leads by example, not forces it.

fascism is not freedom.  it is small cruelty.  it is man at his most base and infantile.

i look to the future.

one can only hope.

bush is over.  the age of cheney and rove is over.   it's time to move on.

thank god.

thank god.

thank god.

Well...my "Opinion noted" was not meant as anything. Not a threat subliminal or otherwise. It was simply a statment to say....I got it. I made note of it and read it. Absolutley NOTHING was meant as anything more than that. If you read it as being threatening...then I'd be happy in the future to word it some other way that that.

Bush's approval rating is higher than the other elected officals we put in office...and they haven't had NEAR the time to F things up as he did. They bare none of the blame? Shouldn't they be held to some sort of degree of bashing as Bush? (not that your bashing just using that word).

There have been mistakes made...no doubts....but I think all of Washington is to blame...not just Bush.

We could do better...yes...but Kerry could have been just as bad.....we don't know....A majority thought we should keep Bush...so by syaing we blew it...do you mean we as voters blew it by leaving him in? How do we know Kerry would have done better. We don't.

We can assume anything to make our point.

Time to go home from work....Cya later Bro...I'll read tomorrow.

kerry is a moot point.

he isn't responsible.

a good leader takes responsibility.  a good leader mourns with his people.

a good leader is one with his people..and if not, he convinces them, he motivates them.

bad show.  next.

Im no fan of JFK but I take what he did as a sailor and president seriously.

PT-109 = WTG
Bay of Pigs =WTF
Shagging Marylin Monroe =WTG
Cuban Missile Crises = uhmmm errr....wtg I think
Dallas - Getting shot in the head = bad career move

All in all I think he was way too important an historical figure to be rendered a mere joke.

Cannabis bigger cancer risk than cigarettes: study [/SIZE]

HONG KONG (Reuters) - Smoking a joint is equivalent to 20 cigarettes in terms of lung cancer risk, scientists in New Zealand have found, as they warned of an "epidemic" of lung cancers linked to cannabis.

Studies in the past have demonstrated that cannabis can cause cancer, but few have established a strong link between cannabis use and the actual incidence of lung cancer.

In an article published in the European Respiratory Journal, the scientists said cannabis could be expected to harm the airways more than tobacco as its smoke contained twice the level of carcinogens, such as polyaromatic hydrocarbons, compared with tobacco cigarettes.

IIRC, back in teh day plenty of leftist peeps thought Reagan was worse than the anti Christ.  Even after he died there were some liberal types adamant that Reagan was the worst president evar.

Bush, if twenty years from now Iraq is a peaceful tranquil Partner to the US, will be thought of in the highest regard.  If Iraq melts back into a cesspool of islamist darkness (which the obama crowd is praying for and counting on) then he could become another carter...despised by most rational beings.

Im betting on the former :D

Ok... nobody is praying for Iraq to "melt back into a cesspool of islamic darkness".  Also, I hope you meant "islamo-fascist" or "radical islamic", otherwise that just means you are prejudice against an entire religion, and the odd billion or so people that practice it peacefully.

Second, I don't know what you think the worth of "tranquil Partner to the U.S. is.... is it the 1.3 TRILLION dollars we've borrowed from China in the past 3 years... Is it the 5,000 families that lost a son/husband/wife/ mother to this tranquil partner that, as of right now, 78% of Americans DO NOT WANT .  Or is it worth the $490,133,741,999 that we've spent so far... at least as of the moment I wrote this.  We've bankrupted our supposedly strong economy with this action, an action that has taken longer by 2 1/2 years for zero return than World War TWO.

I personally thought it more useful to modernize the infrastructure and upgrade border security than to go to war on a second front on the other side of the planet.  Pfff... but what do I know.

Sometimes y'all take my breath away.  For a moment, I thought JB was asking and answering.  Arguing against himself.  But I was wrong.

For all you fascist experts, tell me upon what U.S. coin that was still being minted when I was born (1957) did the image of a fasces appear?
