Shrimp is a canoe expert, that about covers his "expertise".

Alright, I am going to bow out..it is clear you live and die with my posts. Arguing with you is like arguing with my wife. It is pointless. She is a woman, and you act like one, you keep fighting the good fight. You are winning. Cheers..good luck with that "uber" knowledge you got from Marine FAST units..it will serve you well, I am sure. :aok

You're the one stalking my posts.   Take you own advice.    Your "bravado" is about as plain as Richard Simmons.   But, you have none.

You're nothing but a "wannabe".    Deal with it.

What's an "irl"?   BBBB and yourself obviously had the same English teacher.

That gun is RUTHLESS.  I'd love to have one of those things the next time some sucka cuts me off in traffic (yeah, kidding).

Ok, question time (for anyone willing to hazard a guess) - what about the weapon's design makes it lower recoil?  My assumption is that they reduce the recoil by using munitions with less powder in 'em, but I didn't see that they actually mentioned how it was accomplished.  They -did- show the mechanism that chambers the next round in slow-mo, but it looked to my untrained eyes pretty much like any other automatic weapon doing it's thing.  Any thoughts?

It uses a lot of the recoil energy to actually cycle the action. That's sort of simplistic, but it's sort of difficult to really explain all the principles behind it here.
