Also, its not the fact we are so good we don't get caught, it just we useualy get shot dead on sight, and why would they want to admit they caught an american on or in a facility that could point to there guilt?
We get spys and put them in the spot light (to point to there country's guilt), they put our spy's six feet under, and like everything else pretend nothing ever happend.
Because for china to say "yeah we caught a spy trying to send our secret world destroying super bio bomb from our facility in china, probably is not the best idea.
They run it thru government, we source the work out to companys who can just as easly be infiltrated, dubbed a security risk, and shut down. Or if just the staff totaly replaced.
Should be interesting to see just how much tech and info other countrys gained by boeing selling everything we had.
Sure most if not all is just first generation, but these chinese are not stupid, they only need a foundation and a primary "goal' to accomplish anything we americans have, chilling is the fact they can probably do it in record braking time, if they havent already.
Remember the spyplane they ramed? you can bet your butt every function they took while that plane was down, has already been implicated into there systems.
