I've never had the oprotunity to fight batfink, but I would love to fly against him. Batfink seems like a really decent and respectable fellow and Andonai had no reason to refuse a fight in the DA with batfink. And Bat's video proves that Andonai was bragging and none of Bat's squad was instigating anything. ~~Batfink:aok~~

Just ignore him batfink. I've heard him criticizing the way guys fly on country channel when he joined the rooks and have ignored him ever since.

I've had 200 detuned for quite a while up until just a few days ago. I try now to focus on first-rate players like Solar10, BushLT, Jonez, Lusche, Simaril, Jimbeam and others worthy of respect beacause of how they interact and respect others, friend or foe in the game.

It's nice to know there are still people out there such as these folks. Fine examples of good sportsmanship. It's not about winning or losing, but how you handle both. I've had many conversations with good sticks that have either kicked my butt out of the sky, or I managed to get lucky and take them out. We share about how we screwed up, give each other compliments, ~~'s, what have ya... and go from there. Always nice when it ends with a good note.~~

Batfink is a gentlemen.

I always said that whoever it is, you are NOT A TOUGH GUY talking it up on channel 200, hundreds of miles away behind your computer. Ask yourself if you would do that in the guys face, or just go to your corner.

If the community cracks down on you and you don't like it, just ask "is it my own doing?" "am i a really miserable SOB?"

Sobering questions that go for all smack talkers on 200. At least have the game to back it up.

Raider to me it doesn't even matter if the cartoon pilot can outfly the one he is trash talking too. Acting like a 5 year old is just plain lame no matter if the guy can play a GAME good or not. Their are several very good sticks in the game that constantly talk stupid on CH 200. Just because thier good at this Game means nothing to me, when they act like little Nancy Girls crying about what ever.

Anyone who sticks around long enough in this game, establishes some sort of 'reputation' within the 'community'.

Each of us determines what that is by how we present ourselves whether it be here or in the arenas.

Whatever 'respect' we get is much more determined by that presentation, then by whether we're the greatest cartoon pilot who ever graced the virtual skies.

And no matter how much you spout on 200, or scream on the BBS, you won't get that 'respect' unless you earn it.

I think the reverse is true, Guppy, also. The more you spout on 200 the faster will drain away any sliver of respect you had earned.

He does have a reason. He's really not that good, sure he can cherry pick a hord with the best of 'em but when it comes to a 1v1 engagement, he's rather clueless on what to do.

After an unwarranted attack on channel 200 by him, I asked him if he wanted to go to the DA, after all, if he's so good and I suck like he claims, it would be a walk in the park for him. He ignored me at first, then started making excuses and went silent when other players started to make comments about his timidness.

To me, he ranks up there with oDALLASo, CHI, and WindX. Boils on the AH community.

I killed Adonai last night and all he said on 200 was *good pick*.

I didn't pick him. He was in a 190A-5 and had just killed Woodi40 and was trying to get clear so he could make a pass on someone else or rtb I would assume. We merged and I pulled around on his 6, he tryed to flat scissors with my spixteen. On the first crossover I pinged up his left wingtip, on the second crossover I shot off his stabs.

A pick is when you shoot someone who is involved in a fight with someone else, that was clearly not the case here. Yes, I do have the film.

*edit* Since I'm short on cash I'll put my CH gear on Batfink. (CH Combatstick and CH Pro Throttle, no peds yet though.)
