The wind for their watcher, the wave for their shroud,
Where palm and pandanus shall whisper forever,

Not to the blantant level in that description of the tank.  Non-authoritarian governments have to contend with things like a free press that has an irritating habit of poking holes in silly statements like on that tank.

F4U-1C's base cost is 10 or 12 perks.  F4U-4 is higher, 30ish?

You forget that North Korea is ruled by a deity:

Let's see, it is reported that about 200,000 people in North Korea are locked up in concentration camps.   Another 100,000 have illegally fled to China, mainly because 12% of the Korean population is considered to be extremely malnourished, and many thousands have actually died from starvation in recent years.

Meanwhile, their leader Kim Jong-il is reported to be the biggest movie fan in the world, with a video tape library of over 20,000 movies.  While his people are dying of starvation, he purchased 200 new Mercedes Benz S500 luxury sedans for himself and the rest of the ruling elite.  He also has a total of 17 palaces and plush villas that alternates residing in.   Some of these have bomb proof bunkers and AA artillery batteries.

The press in North Korea also reports that he is an avid Golfer, and so talented that he recently had 4 holes in one in a single round of Golf.

He is terrified of flying in an airplane, though, and consequently has only traveled abroad to China and Russia.   On these trips, he travels only in a special personal armored train that is designed to resist bombing attacks.

In addition, he is considered to be a noted authority on the subject of expensive French wines:

Besides his official wife, has also had 3 official mistresses, that have also given him children.   No count has ever been given to the number of concubines he keeps, but they are considered to be numerous.

Finally, he has stated that he himself is an expert on using the Internet, and is an avid player of Aces High II.

My responce was a rather pedantic reference to Karnaks choice of words..................  not  a veiled attempt to justify anything out of North Korea. (except of course the rather suspicous report that its leader is an avid AH player........ :lol  maybe there is hope yet!)

Karnak clarified his intent quite adequately IMO

Interestingly North Korea is not the only country to be ruled by a self anointed Diety..............   indeed at a lesser level many governments apparantly believe they are anointed of a Diety and most seem to rule by what is refered to as the "Grace" of a Diety.

Well I suppose if you cant be a Diety its best to persuade your populace that you have one on your side.;)

The flaw in Bush's logic is that he believes that God is in favor of democracy, and will thus support any democratic nation fighting against a non-democratic one.

However, God clearly must be on Bin Laden's side.   He first brought down Russia's economy with the war in Afghanistan, and since then he has managed to trigger an over-reaction by America ( the war in Iraq ), the cost of which has now finally made our economy collapse too.

Russia is only now recovering economically.   The Bush debacle will leave the USA in ruins for many years as well.

It will be a long, long time before a Republican will ever get elected President of the United States again.   Probably at least 20 years or more.
