You think if we had put the entire resources of the US military after him 5 years ago that those SF troops would still be looking?

I'd tell you that Bush said he did not know or care where OBL was, but you don't want to hear that or believe it. It's a waste of time.

So what is Obama?
If he claims he is not a muslim, then Hillary should make him admit to being an Atheist. In America, as far as I read and understand from these boards, it is worse than a muslim. Maybe a picture of him wearing traditional Atheist garments and shaking the hand of Richards Dawkins?

In all fairness.

Its because Iraq made the better news story with the major media.
It is also easier for them to report on.

Same thing happened to a lessor exent in WWII.
Mosy of the big name media guys wet east to Europe then to the Pacific.
where the reporters could go live in the air in relitive comfort.

Sure you had some in the pacific. But most went east, not west.

Would seem to make sense.
Would you rather report from London. Rome, Or Paris.
Or from some unknown Jungle where the elements were almost as bad as the enemy?

Same thing with Iraq.
Would you rather be reporting from Bahgdad that has hotels, resturants and running water? Or from some remote desolate and mountain?

Yeah, we all know the hunt for Osama and the terrorists around the world is over.
These guys were just bored in Afghanistan and were looking for a great location for the upcoming annual Company Picnic.

Since he was visiting Kenya (mostly Christian) when the photo was taken, are you suggesting that christians are the enemy of the US?

What a terribly confusing statement, would you mind clarifying?

Obama dressed in the local Kenyan garb isn't a problem for me. Parading these distant relatives while keeping those white relatives who were much closer to him hidden is.

And....................?
What do you have a problem with on understanding that?
Osama stopped being a priority quite some time back.
We have been steadily taking out the infrastructure to make that so.
Osama`s day will come......if it hasn`t already, but as was said, he`s not a priority anymore.

And THAT is the freakin problem! Invent some nonexistant primetime special of an enemy instead of an actual enemy. Wag the dog...
