My guess, is you need to refresh as the HOME button does take you to the home page now.

There is no 'sent' box for the private messages.

I was afraid of that.

So, a note to all you moderators.  If your "basic" moderators are not being allowed to do the things you can do, then remove them from the "basic" moderator list and add them back in.  That will fix the problem.

Sorry for confusion on this.

Not really a suggestion, but more of a personal wish.  I'd like it if the default "Sort by" for search results were by "Most recent topics first" rather than the current.

"Most relevent topics first" has been generally usless for any searches I've done since the switch.

Skuzzy,

I love this green theme and would like to use it on
my squad's web site with this SMF Forum software.

Can you tell me where to get it and what its called?

Thanks

Did that but couldn't find the theme on that website.
Hence, my post requesting additional information.  :)

I had an interesting (maybe silly?) thought...it would be convineint to have the smilies and/or posting assists (img, url, ect) to the left of the Quick Reply box instead of the more-than-state-the-obvious description there now.

Another low priority idea.. The title to each post is a link to itself.  Could we have it so we can reply to a specific post, and have the post we respond to be linked somewhere in our post?

Sort of like on this forum: http://uplink.space.com/ubbthreads.php
Just that feature, not the whole threaded/flat system.

It started as the "Camo" theme, but I have heavily modified it.

Thanks for the reply Skuzzy.  I had suspected that as it has
a custom feel to it.  You did an outstanding job!

I'm curently using phpBB on my squad's site and have used it
on other sites I have built.  All I can say is its a pain to
customize.

Could you tell me what program you used to customize this forum
and how difficult it was?  I'm thinking I want to take a crack at
it but I want to get an ida of how deep the water is before
I plunge myself into it.  I'm still having flashbacks from my edits
of the phpBB software... :huh

Thanks again for the reply!  <S>

SMF has an editor built into thier software.  It is not a WYSIWYG and requires you to know PHP.  I mostly used vi from the command line.  It is easier for me.

The style sheet stuff is pretty straight forward, but many of the changes I made were source related.  I will say they did a nice job with the structure of the code.  Makes it pretty easy to modify and maintain.
