new account problems

ive tried repeatedly to start a new account and keep getting unable to reach host,any hints as to what i should do.i have no firewalls or security issues i can find.

I presume you are talking about the game.

If you can reach our WEB site home page, but cannot create an account in the game, then it is definitely a firewall issue as the WEB page is in the same server as the game account manager is.  The only difference is the port.
