Hmm,..guess I could change it to "Radioactive". :)

"Parolee" is status attained from being banned before and allowed back in.  It also means a shorter rope to play with.

No clue. Skuzzy lost 7,000 of my posts in roughly 2002 when they did a board migration, perhaps thats it. :)
