The hispanics are pushing out the inner city blacks, who are notorious for their crime ridden behavior, and this is used as proof that immigration is good?  A ridiculous conclusion. 


If this was conducted at a real university, the professor would have been ridiculed and stripped of all standing.

I wonder if the study included illegal immigrants or not.  Also cultural differences (or in the case of illegals, a fear of involving police) come into play and can skew results.

As far as Illegal Immgration goes, I would think that if one considered the initial act of entering the country, then getting a job, giving false information to authorities to continue employment, etc., then crime rates would actually increase. 

That would not be violent however.  But consider that if you are willing to commit several crimes to be here and live here, then how far is it to commit others?  How difficult is it to see a crime industry preying on those who illegally immigrate and that crime being violent?

Taken several ways, illegal immigration could be a gateway crime. 

I think the study is somewhat misleading on the illegal immigration issue.

That study most certainly isn't true over here or in most of the europe. The refugees from the third world are over represented in the rapings. In Germany, UK, Sweden and Finland over 50% of rapes have been committed by immigrants (or in other words refugees, to not label the GOOD immigrants from the civilized countries) while they may amount for even less than 10% of the population. They're also over represented in other crimes.

Immigrants - 2 (12.5%)
Locals - 14 (87.5%)

Assault and battery:

Immigrants - 121 (30.5%)
Locals - 276 (69.5%)

Rapings:
Immigrants - 20 (58.8%)
Locals - 14 (41.2%)


* The locals can include immigrants that have been granted citizenship. Immigrants are those without citizenship, with a temporary visa.

LOL...  they said immigrants..  real immigrants are too busy and work to hard to get where they are..  30% of the prisoners in kalifornia are illegals.

Illegals are scum.. notice that that also said that "black immigrants" have even narrowed the black/white crime rate (when adjusted for immigration) to a heart stopping (adjusted for legal immigration of west indies negros and such)..  a heart stopping only 14% ore than whites!

Sooo.. I guess the conclusion is... if we get rid of all the illegals and all of our negros and trade em for legal immigrants of all colors... we will have about 70% less crime.

I would agree with that but it seems a trifle difficult to do.
