How about this.... When you are in the hangar, and select a 5 inch on a destroyer, how about the boat is actually where it shows in the hangar display? Example: I select the lead destroyer, but when I spawn, I am somewhere in the back. Likewise, left and right are often reversed. I suppose it may have to do with fleet heading, but the system should adjust.
