I have, and still cannot get the B26B off the flight deck...using 25% fuel, tried every bombload, every flap configuration...I still end up sucking seawater..anyone been successful?

note: I have not tried with a good head wind other than the default TA.

I've done it offline, 50% fuel, 12x250lb , with default wind settings.
I lowered flaps 1 notch, started engines, wheelbrake on, full throttle. When in full power, I released wheelbrakes and lowered flaps full down before the flight deck ended.
Then the nose slightly up, gear up fast, a little bit opposite rudder to keep the plane straight, flaps up.
There we go, I even had few inches  spare room under my plane

Here's the film, hope it gives you the idea   http://www.kolumbus.fi/harri.j.niemi/Takeoff.ahf

as harppa said .. you can also taxi back to te very end of the flight deck with differential brakes (C and V keys) and differential throttles ..

Also there will be a head wind sto make it a tad bit easier ..

Rgr, will there be exceptions for those who hit the drink? or do they expect a 50% attrition rate?

Just tested again, 2 Take off with Full egg loadout and 75% fuel is possible.
