Waaa, Waaaa, Waaaa

Imagine the lessening of the sniveling if guys would simply look at their altitudes?

Actually the wirbel doesnt have any more reach then an M16. Which shouldn't come as a surprise cause even 20mm Hispanos in aircraft dont have any more reach then the 0.50 guns. After a few weeks to shake this GV out Im at a point where I just dont believe these, "I got killed while 2.500 yds out from a wirbel". Even at 1,500 out your fairly safe as long as your not HO'ing or flying a straight line at a slow speed.

I think the wirbels have made the game better.

Your lack of wirby killin' ability is no reason to perk the thing.

Skyguns just stop. Every thread you make is rerun of other thread made a few weeks ago. please just stop it. Go find a thread that has the same subject and post there.

Remember, though, the old saying of" The Squeaky wheel gets the Grease!"

I think that these folks that are being abused by Wirbelwinds believe that if they squeak loud and long enough, that HiTech will eventually give into their demands, and grease them.

i think it should be perked, cant kill the piece of crud in an aircraft ever! always gets me at most ranges, Its fire power is too strong and the m16 is rare to see these days. Its good to use but a pain to kill....

up your game.

Try using the A20 or Mossie with bomb loadouts.  Get sufficient altitude.  Learn to dive bomb them from above 1.5k away.  If done properly you should have 8 guaranteed kills.

Last time I was on knights had about 6 guys 4 in wirbels, 1 m16, 1 osty.  First dive into the field i whacked 2 wirbels and the m16 in one dive.

You can't just strafe a wirbel and expect to have many parts left, thats what is so great about it.  Anything that forces players to get more skills is a good thing!  The added factor of porking ord/ resupplying ord to aid a sides tactical advantage has also become more important.

It has been a few weeks since the Wirby was introduced and I am seeing a lot of tactical changes to players dealing with Wirby's.  I drive the Wirby quite a bit both in an offensive and defensive role, and my most feared plane has to be the A-20.  Especially the pilots with the skills to lob from outside 2.0k range and nail you with ords.  Salutes to you guys that can fly A20 so well.  I have begun switching between the Ostie/Wirby depending on cons range from me.  This has caught a few folks by surprise, as the Ostie can reach out and 1 shot/1 kill an AC at 2.0k+.  Using the two vehicles in tandem or interchangeably should be standard procedure for most AA folks now.

I do not GV much, but I think it is a good inclusion to the GV lineup.  It forces different tactics to be used and makes pilots have to adapt.  WTG HiTech
