i hate the gas prices where i live. Its never gone this high where i live ($3.60 a gallon). It sucks how the gas companies are charging us this much for gas. And when i was on vacation in California, it was around $4 a gallon.

BTW I saw prices in parts of the UK are up at £6/Gallon! That's like $15/gallon in our money!

That is an American gallon. An Imperial gallon is 4.55 litres.

We are paying~$1.20 a litre which is $5.46 a gallon.

Altho the story says it is hard to jimmy the meters, that is false. Most pumps are now electronicly metered and it is very simple to recalibrate the meter from inside the manager's office. VERY easy. Also, most people don't realise that the "pump" isn't a pump at all. It is just a big meter with a display. The actual pump is submerged in the underground tank.

I put 10 gallons of "Premium" in my tank, hit the right button and paid the price for it too. Only it was regular 89

The real sucky thing is I can fill up with premium cheaper than I can fill up with diesel.

The truck get damn near the same mileage as the mustang. Now it is cheaper to drive the stang, because the price of diesel  is thirty cents more a gallon here in the great state of Commiefornia.

Yep, I can confirm the cost of gas in the UK is...dun dun derrrrrrrr - a mighty £1.08 per litre, which works out
at £4.91 per gallon (which, using the conversion rate of 2-1 is approx $9.82 per (UK) gallon - which is nice......errrr...not.

Mind you, 86% of that is tax - which we have the privilige of paying this shower of rubbish known as the Government.

Now the oil workers are so cheesed that their companies are making  13 bizzillion $$$£££'s a year  they have gone on strike. 

So now people are buying more, in a frenzied fear the supply will run out, earning more profit for these scoundrels.
