B-25H is the best option when ordnance and VH is down.

The B25 is the only anti tank plane I use. The Il2 and Hurri2D are useless since the wirbles were added. The B25s melon tosser can pop thier turrets before they can get a shot on you and its the only one that can kill any GV with one shot.

They should add the Mosquito FB.Mk XVIII with the 57mm Mollins gun.  AP ammo and a higher muzzle velocity.

If the Il-2 and Hurricane Mk IID have been rendered useless we need another aircraft that is effective just for variety.

1. Useless? Erm no They still have uses. I've flown a Hurri to a camped spawn so others have a chance to up.
2. I've killd tigers with one trigger squeeze.  Rare yes but it happens. Also a turreted tank is for the most part out of the fight.
3.I'd love the mollins guns mossie along with the up-gunned IL-2 and the Ju-87g.

1. Useless as in once someone gets killed by a IL2 or Hurri they up a wirble and theres not much you can do about it because once your in gun range your already in the tower.
2. Killing tigers with an IL is pretty hard, a little easier with the Hurri, but with a B25 a tiger stands no chance. One shot will kill him or if hes lucky just take out his turret.
3. I would like to see more anti-tank planes but I think they'll have the same problems the Il2 and hurri have.

Yup. I have switched from the noble art of busting tanks with a Hurri IID to back to the ignoble method of just egging them.  :(

The mossie is kindof well suited for this, 4 bombs, good climb rate, good dives, and once you've droped the ord you are not naked.

I agree with you that the 25H is superior for pure tank busting -- however, if there are any air cons around, the 25 is fairly well toast while the Il2 can quickly turn the tables on attacking aircraft.  I don't have much time in the 2D, but I imagine it would be in between the two in terms of survivability during a true combined forces attack.

I find the 25h great at killing attacking enemy planes. If they try to HO you its like HOing a P47 and I don't know if the .50s in the turrets are a different model then the other bombers but they knock out planes fast, that is if they don't get knocked out first.

If you don't mind taking the occasional artillery round in the face, a broadside shot (aiming for the driver's position) is normally a 1 hit kill against panzers. Firing into the rear works decently well (normally getting the engine or turret), and occasionally landing one underneath the tank (as in a low six approach and you miss) will knock out the engine.

There's an oddity with the flaks where, when attacked from one side, the tracks on the other side will be shot out. I still am able to kill them as outlined above, but I get shot a lot more trying it. From above and behind is normally a little safer, as the driver is often looking forward more than backward.
