That happen, if I shall bomb:

barracks complex
ñity complex
flack complex
headquarters and radar complex
refinery complex
For example, I have bombed each of them on 100 %...

It slows the repair time for those type of structures at any airfield for that country.

I think will be exact next:
destroyed ammo or fuel comlpexes mean that all planes of this country can load only 10-20% of ammo or fuel;
destroyed city complex mean that only restricted amount of planes can take off from nearest fields...
etc
