Gang bangers!
« on: July 10, 2008, 11:26:34 PM »
Since we're redefining Aces High terms, I offer a fight from last night where Del and I were accused of ganging a Ki-84

The Ki-84 comes into view at 12K, I'm a little less then 8K and Del is at 9K

Down he comes trying to roll in behind but both the 38 drivers turn into the attack

In comes a 51D badun from on high

Looks like 2 v 2 to me.  I've already taken a hit and lost a rudder from the Mustang coming into the fight.

The Ki-84 blows his alt, E and advantage and Del flames him as I follow him down.  The 51 has run off.  As soon as the 84 hit the deck the cry comes over 200 calling us gangers!  So clearly avoiding two higher cons, killing one and not dying makes you a gang banger.  I just thought I'd clarify that for everyone so they don't get confused :)

Boy there is nothing worse than a guy who actually films his gang banging tendencies...

The Ki-84 was initially outnumbered 4 engines to 1 - ganging indeed. Later on still a 2-1 ratio.

How weak!

Classic. Based on the screen shotl, the 51 went after the wrong 38 on that pass... no wonder he ran.   :aok

Funny you mention this... in the previous flight Corky, Kjetil and I had 2 working engines between the 3 of us. Kj had 1 engine, I had one engine and Corky glided his bird in from about 5 miles out.

Guppy thanks for defining what a gang bang is.  :aok

Informative as usual. But aren't you suppose to be ruining AH? :huh

I was told that was my job today by a certain person who always ranks #1 month after month.

(note *** = profanity)

"You ****** ****, you are the biggest ********. People like you are ruining Aces High, go **** yourself!"

This was in response to giving a fellow SAPPer a check 6 on 200, ruining this mouthy individual's pick upon him.

Well, I was flying a KI84 pretty much all night.

Gotta say that I didn't feel ganged up on by you guys, and the OPs might be crazy....

But what really is the point.  Those who will believe something WILL believe it...

Although I have only been playing for about 1 month now I have probably spent a total of 10 minutes tuned to channel 200.  Posts like this confirm for me that I have made the right choice.
