ENY isn't all bad

Sure did.

Aside from the obvious side balancing properties of the ENY system, I have recently discovered another good side.

I started this tour with the intent of flying the more BnZ type aircraft.  I was tired of getting "picked" so I thought I would learn how to do it better so as to also learn how to avoid it.

So, for the first week or so I flew a lot of 190s and P51s.  Landed some kills.  But was, honestly, not really having much fun. 

Then late one night about 8 or 9 days ago, ENY spiked really high for the side I normally fly on. 

I was involved in a fight from a carrier, and I found that about all I could up was a A6M2.  Man did I have a blast!

I hadn't flown the real "turny" Japanese planes for a couple months.  I had forgotten how fun they could be!

Since then, I have returned to upping A6Ms and KI-84s.

I haven't given up the 190s and P51s completely, but now I am only upping them when they seem to be the proper tools for the task at hand.

I'd like to thank the ENY system for reminding me what fun low slow turning and burning can be...

ENY isnt bad, it just gets obnoxious after having a suped high ENY after a while

ENY is not a problem at all! It's impossible for all three sides to have ENY all at once. Just pick the side that doesn't have it and fly for them.

Hey I got to fly a perkie plane the other night wow! Unfortunately a spit8 made a great move on me and took me out. Still though I upped a f4u4 and went at it. Finally landed some kills.

I have to agree...  I tries the YAK last night and had a blast.  That is quite a fun plane to fly and fairly leathal.

I landed 17.7 perks in one sortie last night using the A6M2, and I'm not very good.  Personal best btw.

Not long after they introduced the split arenas I logged on and I was the only one in my country. I upped a otie to stop the Prowlers from rolling undefended bases, and shot down a niki and 110. I was awarded some 140 pts. for two kills The same morning 262s were 8 pts. HTC fixed it not long after, but it sure was fun that day

i got 36 one time for 4 kills with A6M2, i have no idea how i even lived long enough in that

the only time i hate eny is when it gets past 25 1 night i saw it get so high i couldnt even fly p-40 but besides that eny is ok unless other areana is full

I'm so glad I fly the P-39D... Great plane and high Eny value...

I have never flown the Zero.................  Then again, not too many fighter sorties to begin with for me.  

From the bomber side of things, the level bombing side... ENY can get annoying from time to time.... But at the same time, ENY-20 doesn't happen often, but when it does, seems to go on for hours.

the whole "just switch sides" is about as dumb as it gets..

maybe if your not in a squad and dont like familiar faces its ok..

but otherwise its just something ya have to deal with..

i VERY seldom fly anything under 20ENY so it very seldom becomes an issue for me personally..

ENY.... Meh. It will never stop you from flying the 190 A8 and there is not much more satisfying than whacking La7s with a cockpit full of 30mm and 20mm cannon.

Eny just 'encourages' you to try it out!
