You can control the G10 over 400mph because the plane isnt compressed, bigjim.
It is simply that the control surfaces are stuck because the pilot cant move them with the airflow that exists over them.(sorta why the fist P38s werent able to roll at high speeds until boosted ailerons were fitted)
A compression happens when the plane reach a determinate Mach number (different in each plane),and you cant pull out of it by trimming (well you can,in all planes ,the plane answers slowly, when it uncompresses, tho, the trim up makes the nose go up and wings use to break here
