People should be free to choose, even if that choice is one of which poison to take... No matter how you spin it, robbing them of the ability to decide is an act of governmental control.
Tax the restaurants that use it, raise the prices of the food to offset the rise in cost of healthcare, but don't make the decision for the people...A couple steps down the line you'll be making posts about how great it is that CA finally illegalized cars that can go over 65 MPH.
