AH defaults

Gentlemem;

Is there a way to setup game defaults. For example, every time I start the game I hit <CTRL-I> not a hard task, but....

Also for each sortie I must hit <F9> to get the instant snap view's. Again not a hard task, but it's getting down right tiring.
