You could be right, in that one picture it looks like it's flipping everyone the bird.

But then again any decomposed animal, including humans, sometimes don't look anything like when they were alive.

I saw a third photograph of it, and yes, it was moved again. Think about it. You see a rotting carcass on the beach. Do you pose it each time you take a picture?
