Fact is, not all domestic violence/abuse gets reported, even in 2008. We don't know if she tried to get away or not. There are lots of things we don't know about this case. All we have is her testimony.

I've already addressed why she might not have tried to get away in other posts.


Try talking to people, rather than talking down to them.

Virgil, I'm not saying she is guilty or innocent. I've just pointed out reasons why she might not have reported the alleged abuse. She could be lying, she could be telling the truth, we don't really know.

Take the same case, switch the roles, and you have a death sentence.

Quite possibly the truth. Some states it would be life w/o parole since some states don't allow the death penalty. ;)
