I do this stuff for a living Pal. I must have gone to five domestics today alone. I dont believe this "to scared to call police" crapola. Maybe 30 years ago but not anymore. Shooting a guy in the back with a shotgun, while he was asleep? She had never reported abuse or an injury? She'd never tried to get away from him??

Don't really care if you do it for a living or not *pal*. Don't really care if you don't believe the *to scared to call police* line either. Fact is, not all domestic violence/abuse gets reported, even in 2008. We don't know if she tried to get away or not. There are lots of things we don't know about this case. All we have is her testimony.

I've already addressed why she might not have tried to get away in other posts.

EXACTLY! Her ALMOST COMPLETELY uncorroborated testimony. THINK about it.

Virgil, I'm not saying she is guilty or innocent. I've just pointed out reasons why she might not have reported the alleged abuse. She could be lying, she could be telling the truth, we don't really know.

Take the same case, switch the roles, and you have a death sentence.
Even if it seems certain that you will lose, retaliate. Neither wisdom nor technique has a place in this. A real man does not think of victory or defeat. He plunges recklessly towards an irrational death. By doing this, you will awaken from your dreams.

Quite possibly the truth. Some states it would be life w/o parole since some states don't allow the death penalty. ;)
