I was wondered when this was gonna require more coding on the part of HTC to stop it...

I played all thru the beta and then
flew for my 2 weeks free.

Until I get a job, I fly only H2H now.
(HEY..HTC Need a Oracle DBA ?..Maybe to keep a database of all the thief related info?  )

It's amazing how people think that it's bad to break into a house and steal things, but it is OK to steal software or services!

Why don't these idiots just mug the 6 employees of HTC when they leave work each day ! (NO DON'T!)

I do respect those who come forward tho...

Many in this thread...

Remember guys for everyone 1 who has the guts to admit it, there a prob. a lot without the guts to do so.

My point is.. don't be excessively hard on those who admit it and change their ways.

If Hinerman or anyone else comes back into the main arena as a paying customer, consider it done.
Making people regret they came forward or payed is pointless.

I for one have no problem with a person apologizing for something they've done wrong. That isn't what happened here, though.

Hinerman came in and said that HTC ruined his fun, and that RAM was wrong to push for this to happen, and (oh yeah, since you caught him anyway) he had been exploiting the system. Then he went on to berate RAM. This wasn't an apology, as there is no remorse. Apologies occur when a person recognizes wrong behavior and makes no attempt to divert attention from that fact. Hinerman went on to post under even more assumed names, for the purpose of antagonizing posters here. Do you really believe he sees anything wrong with his behavior?

I am the first to stick out a hand in friendship and make peace- anyone that knows me knows that. On the other hand, if a person is pretending to be the victim when they in fact "committed the crime" I think that requires a response.
