Clipboard spazzing out

My clipboard keeps spazzing out, like going in circles, rendering it useless trying to select things, is there a patch or something to fix this?

Actually, you might want to read the sticky post in this forum about the multi core CPU's running the Windows 2000/XP operating system.

If your computer is running Vista, then you will want to read this post in the Technical Support forum.
