Helicopters back then were still a fine-science. Even after WWII its main purpose was to transport injured soldiers. In other words, no thanks.

there is a problem with that, Slipknot.

UH-1 entered service in 1963.
WW2 ended in 1945.

That make the UH-1......carry the one.....about 20 years too late for WW2. I do like the UH-1 Huey though.....just throwing that out there.
