Lately I can't stand the "Pasteurized American Cheese Product."  But I have been making grilled cheeses out of cheddar.

I love cheese, well apart from the gooey soft stuff !! But for the last two years I haven't been able to taste, so now it all may as well be a slice of tissue paper-but not spread with donkey poop-
