This is honestly the best America can do?

Republicans are just as inept as the Democrats.    But to answer your question.   YES

Damn. She's good.

LOL... yer liberal dreams are crushed.

I might add that in small towns, we don't quite know what to make of a candidate who lavishes praise on working people when they are listening, and then talks about how bitterly they cling to their religion and guns when those people aren't listening.

We tend to prefer candidates who don't talk about us one way in Scranton and another way in San Francisco."

And it appears she is willing to sacrifice the hearing of her disabled child to play him for a sympathy card at the convention.

I'd never take my child to a place where I knew the noise would damage his hearing permanently.

Been there, done that.

I think she did very, very well.

The debate between her and Biden should be very interesting, to say the least.

Sorry Hang,
I see this as far from an outa the park hit. A Triple, maybe. But she had better not have had a runner behind her or it's a double play.

We still need to wait for the debates. But the VP debates have never done more than hoist a flag. i.e. the Quale/Benson debates.

heheh... frankly, i trust the professor of constitutional law more than the Mayor that tried to ban books in her public library.  I will admit that she had some good lines.  But overall she wasn't that great a speaker.  Leiberman was better, and that's pathetic.

This was potentially one of the best speaches, ever.  I mean...this gal has guts, grit, and a sort of "umphf" that makes people take notice.  I wonder how she'll do as President after her terms as VP?  She's absolutely amazing.  Governor of the largest state in the US and with the highest approval rating of any governor.  Down-to-earth, and no-nonsense about corruption.  Put her in the ring with all the libs attacking her for being a woman and a mom;  they're taking on a mother who's tackled moose!  Mooses?  Meese?   :lol

Agreed.

Hang, you can circle jerk from now to November, it won't sway my vote.
I'm waiting untill after the debates. But enjoy that supply of DuraLube.
