I know this might be the wrong forum, but what the hell. I have been getting just ridiculous host que spikes over past couple days, about 18ms spikes.

Planes warpin' everywhere ... seems to be coinciding with release of the new arena? Anyone else?

real bad warps, lag even had a screen freeze for 1/2 sec that resulted in an auger.

but with over 300 in the main most on the main route what can be done?

tries alt route was better on my end but other were still warpy.

is it time for another "main" or a "revamped" combat arena to bleed a few folks off? dunno

doudt it though it just so much damn fun flying around with 300+ going into the huge 1k furballs and coming out the other end with 5 kills and wondering what the hell just happened.

Its not the numbers guys...

It must be your new route to the new server.
My con has been fine with 300 online..

Have to Agree with Skurj ( that dosn't happen often) The first night the new server went active I had some crazy lag, but not since then.

Nimitz i posted my tale of woe in the connectivity forum but yea totally unplayable everytime i got a con in my sights, even the spits were doing the floppy fish stuff.
Played for about 4 hours and managed 4 kills got stressed to hell n back and now find myself putting off trying tonight because i fear the worst.
Host Que time graph looked like a Rip saw blade.

UPDATE
Played last night and all was fine no lag warps etc but i did notice that if the netgraph looked like a ripsaw by exiting and rejoining AH at the 2nd attempt it was usually ok and playable.

Since new arena went up, I get lots of micro-warping...especially a con when I try to get close for a kill. It looks just like my frame rates have gone to about 1-2 fps..except it is only the con doing it..everyhting else is smooth (and ctrl-i shows my fps at about 65-70).
