That's pretty much equal to inciting a riot. I say arrest him. :rock
Far from it, Rippy. Civil disobedience is a throwback to the 60's peace movement.

I got no problem with burning coal, if we can do it clean and efficient. I'd really rather see more nuke, wind and natural gas, in that order. The Pickens Plan has a lot of promise if we just start moving in that direction. This is a Renaissance period.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Mercury is far too heavy an element even as a gas to go very far in the atmosphere. Mercury is a naturally occuring element and the current maximum limitations exceed the naturally occuring frequency of this element. This is a booby-trap left from Bill Clinton who intended to leave it for another President to deal with.

According to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Department, people will ignore blatant facts due to extreme cultural bias.  There are tons of studies about the atmospheric release of mercury due to burning coal.  Look them up for yourself.  I recommend www.sciencedaily.com and searching "Mercury pollution".

Inciting civil disobedience is still against the law.  Especially when the one doing the inciting is doing it based on half-truths and outright lies.  As for the '60's peace movement, that was just more bullcaca from people that were breaking the law as well.

It's amazing when you think about it, the democrats have now established a long continuous record of nominating phony fools for POTUS.  You can point to Clinton  (lie to Grand Jury, cheat on wife, etc), Al Gore  ( too obvious to bother), John Kerry (same as Gore) and then Obama, the biggest Phony of them all possibly.

All the more for me!  :D

EDIT: I went down that list. Environmentalists are going to scare you to death (literally). Most Americans and Europeans suffer from a lack of magnesium in their system. We have a lot of hypertension problems all over the world because of magnesium deficiencies and other health issues that are exacerbated by lack of proper nutrition and you can thank health organizations.

These kinds of recommendations are based on hard science, and just because they come from scientists focused on the environment doesn't mean they're not true.  The known health risks of consumption or exposure to mercury, methylmercury, and polychlorinated biphenyls are serious.  I agree that seafood can be part of a healthy diet, but it's best to eat low on the food chain (mackerel is ok in this regard and so is wild salmon).

The first time one of Al's stupid hippies gets the business end of a fire hose, or a visit from a police dog, I'm pretty sure they'll rapidly lose their motivation.

There's about as much chance for Al's people to get after it as the "Recreate '68" people actually having some sort of impact.

Even if inciting civil disobedience were unlawful, that's all the more reason to do it.
