A few more idea features I came up with while at work today.
1. Total interactive cab with 360 view.(This would include a click-to-use cab enviroment).
(A) Music radio similar to GTA. (Sorry,no rap in my game, leave that crap in the "Ghetto".
(B) CB Radio,(similar to AHIIs in-range use only and various styles with various range).
off/on click-to-use with multi-channels.
(C) In-vehicle or personal cell phone.Click player name to call. If you dont purchase
a radio or cell phone, conversations would be chat-window only.
(D) Enviroment controls; Yes,thinking seasons in the game with changes every 30 days.
If your vehicles too cold, window fogs and this adds to your "Fatigue" level. Same
if its too hot inside. Trucks and other vehicles would have a near-fully functionable
interior. Lights, dome lights, fog lights and interior-bright/dim adjustment and mirrors.
Special activities would include car and truck race tracks, and even exhibition shows.
(Possibly motorcycles). But like AHII is mainly geared for the aircraft, IUSA would be
mostly about the trucking industry.
Putting more of a realistic feel to traveling, driver has to worry about rest, hunger,
thirst,(even thought about the "Bio" part too,) and taking care of the vehicle with
everything from oil-changes,gas,worn brakes,cracked windshields,blown tires,etc.
Truck and civilian vehicles. Driver has to really make the money, because you
certainly will be spending it. It would be done in a way so that maintainance
wouldnt become an annoyance. A display could be brought up sort of like 18WoS
that shows specific parts with a percentage of wear.
The "Truck-Stop"/ Here Truckers and Civilian drivers both can stop and rest, eat,
fill-up, buy parts, snacks and coffee for the road,or just socialize and show off your
Driver-Character. To prevent complications, this would be the only place your "toon"
can get out of the vehicle,(besides the races and exhibitions). There would be at least
one in every city in the game.
Nice start I thought. Still wonder what game-company would even
take a chance on this? Besides "Hookers",if anyone would like to share
more ideas, I welcome any that are sound and reasonable.

.....oh and, speaking of the "Convoy" song, add Jerry Reeds "East Bound and Down"
and Alabamas "Roll On 18 wheeler"
