Spit dweebs because fact that people fly easy mode planes just because they are lazy or do not want to learn to fly something with little more skill.

That's just as idiotic as anything Shlowy has said, just sayin'.

See what kind of fun you can Nockel. Just look at the all the love in this thread.

Welcome to the addiction :rock

Someone with some historical sense please answer this.
Why isn't the C.205 more popular than the spit?
Historically it is a finer piece of equipment and in the right hands in r/l it could manhandle any spit. This I did read and was proven in WWII. The biggest downfall of the 205 was the cost per plane and the lack of pilots.

So if this game is modeled to r/l specs then wouldn't make sense that all the stud spit jockeys would evolve to a higher form?

never said any such thing...  shows me your grasp on reality isn't the strongest.    :noid

you also seem to have glossed over my 5,000 assorted kills *in* 109/190's by simply choosing this tour's stats.

no in germany credit cards are not often in use. i dont know a person who have one.
i will not get a card until my income increase 4.000 dollar a month, my bank said.

Buy a Visa gift card if they are available in Deutschland. They work exactly like a credit card, failing that, there are instructions on the admin page on how to pay by mail. $15.00 (US) per month is the best entertainment value on the planet!

BaldEagle: we all know about the trims... yes the K key (and I to trim down), this isn't the question. And I'm sure the 109s get control stiffness at some speed sure, how much compression is one question. A second question is why does it seem that 109s are the ONLY planes to suffer from it, 109s seem to have to fight up, since down only gives E to the opponent and freezes the 109. Every other plane in the game, that I've tested, might start creaking but will still control, 109's freeze solid.

A side note: A year ago or so on my old acct, I tried to roll with my 190 at speed, and I broke both airlerons on me wings at the same time, never heard of that before. This was back when the sky was full with la7s.
I give HTC some credit but how many accts have to quit for it to bias not to happen?
Lets not even mention shamed Stuka or Ju88 or ta152s, planes in the game for one reason, to be shot down.

BaldEagle, heres a keys for you, Alt-I to see that the whole sky is f4u, p51, spity, la7... proof of the modeling, historic is the question.
if the BoB is proof the spitty was better, then the Battle of Dieppe is proof the 109 was better.

You are a complete sweetheartbag - Now you are trying to turn people away from this game, simply because you have such a boner for the 109 and you do not believe it is as good in game as the selective reports on the aircraft which you read.  If you think it is that biased why don't you leave and crawl back into the hole from which you came.

Nockel, ignore this guy.  The game represents many German aircraft very well and there is a good range to choose from.

This is not true.  As you have seen, I fly the entire plane set.  Many suffer from control stiffness.  Among them the A6M's, Ki-84, P-38's, Yaks (almost identical to the 109's) and others.  So many, in fact, that I mapped my elevator trim keys to my joystick as I was always augering fumbling for the K key.

BTW, I know about the icon toggle.

The strangest thing about schlowy3's ranting is that he has killed plenty of Spitfires himself, but when he has flown them he has died twice in the XVI and once in the VIII, but has no kills in them.  Did he do that intentionally to prove that the Spitfire sucks? :rofl

The Bf 109 does not suffer from compressability like the P-38, P-47, and on some models of the Spitfire.  The Messerschmitt Bf 109 and Mitsubishi Zero had the exact opposite problem, the controls were too weak. At higher speeds the pilot simply couldn't move the controls because there was too much airflow over the control surfaces. The planes would become difficult to maneuver and at high enough speeds even less maneuverable aircraft could out-turn them.

The Bf 109 isn't the only plane.  Take up a Zeke and put it into a high speed dive and the same thing will happen as it does with the Bf 109.  There is no 'bias' or conspiracy on HTC's part to make the Bf 109 look bad, it was a problem that plagued the plane in real life and it is modeled in here quite accurately.

This is just a case of a player (you) not understanding or being able to comprehend what is happening because your closed mind won't allow you to see anything other than some bizarre conspiracy towards Luftwaffe planes.  Honestly, read about the planes you fly in this game.

Lets not even mention shamed Stuka or Ju88 or ta152s, planes in the game for one reason, to be shot down.

If you broke the wings of a FW 190, it's because you screwed up, it's as simple as that.  You let yourself get way to fast and you pulled way to many G forces trying to pull out, it over stressed the wings and they snapped.  It's something that is rather hard to do in a FW 190, congratulations as you're one of the very few that I've heard of since I've been playing that has screwed the pooch so bad that they've snapped their wings.

I don't see how Ju-87D-3, Ju-88 or the TA 152 helps support your innane conspiracy theory.  The Ju-87D-3 is a very effective dive bomber and with the BFB it can carry, it can waste any target it drops on.  Just like real life though, don't expect to survive for very long if you enter into an area that your side doesn't have fighter cover over, otherwise the Ju-87D-3 will be fodder.  Though, in capable hands, it can sting an unwary fighter pilot.  The Ju-88 is also quite capable and carries a decent bomb load and is one of the better anti-maritime bombers.  The TA 152 is a high altitude fighter and shines best at high altitudes, the lower if flies, the lower it's performance though in some cases, there is one or two pilots that can make it shine at low altitudes.  Again, pilot skill will vary your experience.

Don't see how icons is proof of any type of modeling but then I don't have your confused thought process.

Schlowy3...  Lets have a little look at ya.

You have a 2% hit rate.....eeek.  You must be shooting alot of buildings in fighter mode I supose...... unless your shooting beyond the 1,000 yard mark.  I suspect your having a problem hitting stuff at 800 ain't ya.  You should use the zoom more

Get a few kills and bail do ya.....save the time returning to base or is this just a bad month?

Lets have a look at somone else....as an example of how it could be done.
