Most Powerful Cannons?

I am wondering which plane in AH2 has the most powerful cannons. For instance, caliber, energy and basically least amount of shots for the most damage in a fighter plane. Thanks

Yak-9T owns all in this catagory, you can destroy any aircraft up to twin engine buffs with a single round. 

Hence, assists are few and far between

Of those the Yak is by far my favorite to fly. Not really effective against armored targets, but great for killing m3's, wirbles, etc.

If you wanted a cross between best guns and best platform to shoot them from it has to be the C-hog. The truest dweeb ride of them all and a huge ammount of fun to fly.

B25 isn't a fighter, and the Yak T is far too good for use against GVs.

The Yak is one of the great secrets of the game. I dont fly the 9T, only the U, but its a great little fighter. Best of all a lot of other guys underestimate it.

I wonder what they did with the IL2s 37mms in the new patch? Did they weaken them due to the sniveling? I'd be very dissapointed if they did.

I couldn't care one way or another about the ground war. In other words I dont give a fig enough, one way or the other, to give a rats arse which way the ground war is going. At least the air war is more mobile while most tank battles are glorified spawn camps.

And now they drive their little tanks right onto the airfield and shoot the airplanes as they spawn while hiding in little cartoon hangars, and while their little minions drive up supplies to them.

Now? At the least? If you can get a few IL2s up you can beat back this dweebery and pack them off sniveling and whining about the 37mm guns. Putting these guns in the air was a good move by AH, but obviously is going to cause a booger/dribbling alert among the Tanker dweebs.

Thanks for the info. I am pretty new to the game and it seems like i waste so much ammo shooting at planes. I seem to hit them a lot but I am not very skilled at staying on their 6 for long. I need something that will take the paint off. Great info and thanks for the replies.

In terms of most powerful all together, B25H with the 75mm.

Otherwise,
Hurri IID 40mm - with AP rounds
IL2 37mm - AP rounds
YakT 37mm - HE rounds
