 As tempting as your offer may sound to newer folks , you have not offered to explain the assistant package and benefits , the duties required are sound but what is the payoff . what are the perks so to speak if you do not mind the pun . I salute your approach it is fresh and in keeping with the spirit of the game as it seems the applicant would learn his craft under an experienced eye of the master .
