Something that I thought would be kind of cool...

I was thinking that it could be kind of cool to damage someone's radio.  They wouldn't recieve updates or messages from anyone.  No 6 calls coming or going.  I don't know how feasible it is to do this in the game and there are some potential loop holes (i.e. RW), but I think it could add a level of depth to the game (not that it really needs it, just thought it sounded cool)

Might be tough, with 3rd party applications like RW, Temasound and Battlecom available. But I've though the same about loss of radio.

And yank the radio out of the Zeke -- most Japanese pilots did.  Just provide hand signal animations.

Popeye, that was true of the A6M2, but I've never read anything that said they did they same with the A6M5.  Then again, I haven't read anything that said they didn't either.
