Microphone problems

I can't quite figure this one out, my microphone only works while I am in an aircraft.  If I am in a GV, Gunners position, or in the tower it will not work.  Any ideas?

Are you using a mapped joystick button, or the "T" key to transmit?  If so, make sure they aren't mapped for something else in Mode 2.

Aaah, I do use a button on my stick to actuate my mic, thanks for the help, hopefully that is it. Would that effect me in the tower as well?

I don't know about that one, but it's my only guess since it works in Mode 1 in an aircraft but I'm willing to bet so.
