How about concentrating on flight models
« on: November 15, 2008, 11:26:02 AM »
Instead of wasting time on obscure vehicles or planes, why not concentrate on really improving the planes thats available.  Like having seperate engine controls for P-38, Hurri I, IIC be less manuverable than Spits, FW be more manuverable than 109, Jug's performance should be uber at above 24K........

I still can't believe you guys wasted your time on P-39's.  As long as I'm on a roll, why not have an Arena that's FULLREALISM, where the only ICONs thats available are friendlies, if you run your engine at 100% you'll burn out your engine, no auto trim, making take off and landing as difficult as the real stuff,.. things like that.  It doesn't have to be a big areana, maybe hosting 50 players.

Interesting idea.

Lets hope the future will bring at least more Icon-options for the CM's / h2h hosts.

The Fw 190 is already more maneuverable than the 109.  You're only thinking in terms of turning circle because it's a performance characteristic with amplified importance in a unlimited-death arena environment.

The Jug already is awesome above 24k...
As far as maneuverability goes, as Gavagai said, the Fw190 is more maneuverable than the Bf109 in every aspect except for turning circle, which is accurate.

Sure let control two engines at different speeds. It will work out.  :aok

If you have two throttle controls, you already can.

I know. You already can.
If you have a dual throttle you can have one axis control the Manifold pressure on one engine and the other axis control the Manifold pressure on the other engine.
