Heaven
Heaven is where the police are British, the cooks are French, the mechanics are German, the lovers are Italian and it's all organized by the Swiss.

Hell
Hell is where the police are German, the cooks are English, the mechanics are French, the lovers are Swiss, and it's all organized by the Italians.

I think u mean "The mechanics are Italina, the organizers are French". French mechanics are Mc Guyvers. They fix your nuclear engine with a piece of bamboo and some butt crack hair. Now ... organization ... French have a very hard time "sticking to the plan", always someone coming with a "I know more, this idea is bunk, let's try that".
